先日、私の姉の誕生日と同じ日に手術をしたRonさん
手術するお医者さんが、前回見た人ではなく、合意していない処置をされてしまった
その処置がひどい、、当日と翌日のRonさんの落胆ぶりはとても見ていられなかった
そして気持ちを切り替えたRonさん
体調を考えると心と想像が痛い。。
祈るばかりです。
すやすやと寝ているRonさんを見るととってもうれしい、そしてかわいい＾＾
結局食べなかったけど、ちょっとだけ食べようかなといっていたポテトサラダをつくりました
■材料
ジャガイモ、イエローペッパー、白タマネギ、セロリ、ハム、マヨネーズ、ミラクルホイップ、日本のマヨネーズ、マスタード、ホワイトビネガー、お砂糖、パルメザンチーズ少々
■作り方
- ジャガイモを大きめに切り、固めにゆでる
- 白タマネギ、セロリを細かく切り、電子レンジで3分ほどチンして匂いをとばす
- イエローペッパー、ハムを細かく切る
- 入れ物に2.と3．その他の材料を入れ混ぜる
- 4にジャガイモを入れて混ぜる
パルメザンチーズが隠し味
イエローペッパーとか、小さく歯ごたえがあっていい感じになりました

Ron was given surgery on the day of my sister’s birthday(by chance).
The operation surgeon was the defferent doctor as the last time, he did an operation on Ron which Ron had not agreed with it.
The dealing was terrable and very bad, as if it destroyed his hope. I cant see him very disapointed.
He, however, has reboot his mind to the next thing he has to do(paper work).
Even I feel pain only to imagin his body condition and his heart break.
All I can do is to pray for him.
When I see Ron sleep well, which lets me happy. He is so lovely.
I made a potato salad which He had said he might have but he couldn’t.
■ingredients
potatoes, yellow pepper, white onion, celery, ham, mayo, miracle whip, Japanese mayo, mastered, white vinegar, sugar, light touch of parmesan cheese
■direction
- Cut potatoes into big pieces, boil them to al dente.(?)
- Cut white onion and celery into small pieces. Put them in microwave for 3min to get rid of the smell.
- Cut yellow pepper and Ham into small pieces.
- Prepare a container. Put 2, 3 and the other ingredients except 1 in the container and mix them.
- Put potatoes into 4 and mix them.
The hidden flavor is parmesan cheese.
