今日はShake & Bake なる市販の粉を使ってチキンのお料理

唐揚げ粉のオーブンで焼くバージョン
チキンをさばいて、粉を入れた袋にいれてShake
オーブンに入れてBake
外はパリパリ、中つるん　とってもおいしかったです

 Ron has been under treatment at home.
The dinner was a chicken meal using Shake and Bake sold at market.

Shake and Bake is a powder like a KAEAAGEKO in oven version.

How to use is to put some butchered chicken and the powder into a plastic bag and shake it so that the chicken dress into the powder. Then Bake into the oven.
The taste was marvelous, crispy outside and moisture inside.
